Welcome to Replenish Reflexology and Healing Arts!
I strive to help you begin to live a more joyful and present life. Stress can wreak havoc on our mental and physical well-being and being a human today can be stressful! Whether it be through a yoga class, private 4-week stress management series, retreat to Costa Rica or private Reflexology Session, I strive to help you feel better. Most people tend to spend a lot of time in their heads. Through mindfulness, sound healing, yoga, qigong, and reflexology I encourage you to bring attention to the physical sensations of your human experience. It is through this shift from thought to observation that we can begin to reframe our lives, shift our perceptions, and even change the directions of our lives.

Full Day Reflexology/Self-Care Retreat for Caregivers

In this full day retreat we take time to:
Recognize our challenges in a supportive and community of caregivers
Learn hands-on techniques to help alleviate your loved one’s insomnia, pain, & anxiety.
Learn ways we can better take care of ourselves (through journaling, art, meditation, & movement).

I teach Yin Yoga at Mountain View Wellness. Yin Yoga is a wonderful style of yoga that emphasizes the release of muscular tension in order to increase your body’s range of motion. Because Yin Yoga also emphasizes stillness and silence, it can be a wonderful bridge to beginning a meditation practice. Feel free to hear what my students have to say here.
I also teach a combination class of Women’s Medical Qigong and Yin Yoga. This class inspired by a few of my students who have recently undergone various medical crisis. In class I introduce various Women’s Medical Qigong, Self-Reflexology, and visualization techniques to balance our energy and to empower ourselves to
I also have my own Reflexology practice where I listen to my clients’ needs and tailor a Reflexology session especially for them involving foot, hand, and/ear Reflexology. I received my RYT 200 hour training fromKim Valeri/Yoga Spirit Studio. I have also studied with Josh Summers (Yin Yoga Training I and II). In addition to yoga, I am a certified Reflexologist and I am presently the President of the Reflexology Association of Rhode Island. I am also a level 1 Crossfit Trainer.
When you take a class or workshop with me you can expect transformation. I blend humor and a firm knowledge of yoga and anatomy with practical techniques you can apply to your real life. I strive to keep the communication between my clients and students going through my Facebook page and website.
